All bookings are subject to availability. Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise specified. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as displayed on our website.

Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the tour start time are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the tour start time are non-refundable. No-shows are non-refundable.

We reserve the right to modify tour itineraries due to weather conditions, safety concerns, or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will provide alternative arrangements or refunds as appropriate.

While we take all reasonable precautions to ensure your safety, participation in tours is at your own risk. We are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage that may occur during the tour.

Participants are expected to behave responsibly and respectfully during tours. We reserve the right to refuse service or remove participants who violate this code of conduct.
